So I'm at work. Can I post at work? It's probably not allowed in the company policy... and if the president suddenly shows up in my cubicle, I might be fired. But the odds of that happening are slim to none, and I have nothing else better to do.
This summer, thus far, isn't turning out quite as well as the previous one. The fact that it started out with a trip to MN with my mom instead of a trip to DisneyWorld with my friends doesn't help matters... (although, we went to MN to see the last Dale Warland concert, which was simply AMAZING! I don't know when I turned into a choral geek, but there I was crying at their final piece (probably moreso because it was Stephen Paulus' Pilgrim's Hymn than because it was their last piece, but crying none the less) I guess I'm going to have to find a new choir to follow next year - I hope it's cheaper) Anyways... my friend who was responsible for most of the fun last summer is living in Golden because he actually got a job, and the fun seems to have gone with him. This gives me time for more productive things like cataloging my piano, choral, and organ music collection, but it's kind of turning me into a grumpy person. Last night I considered going to a party with my brother at a middle school... that is sad.
I want to go back to school.
